Yes, we specialize in customized furniture designs tailored to your space, style, and budget. Simply share your dimensions, preferred finishes, or design inspiration, and our team will work with you to bring your vision to life.

2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location and whether the item is standard or custom-made. We’ll confirm exact delivery timelines when you place your order and keep you updated throughout the process.

3. Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver across South Africa. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your area. For bulk or special deliveries, our team will provide a tailored delivery quote.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept EFT (bank transfer), debit/credit cards, and secure online payments. For custom projects, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the balance payable before delivery.

5. What if my furniture arrives damaged or defective?
We take pride in quality, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation. Your satisfaction is our priority.
